Hi, there is no course as such that can be said to fetch MNC jobs. You can apply to MNCs directly - they do take good students. For that you should check their career sections.

As for programmes you could try NITIE. The entry differs for the programmes - 2 programmes are based on CAT and three I think are based on GATE scores. Check here https://www.nitie.edu/Admission_2018/Main.html. They have a good placement record.

As for the others, I feel an M.Tech is better than a certificate course. For that you again need GATE scores. You can even try for say BITS, VIT, SRM etc they also offer M.Tech programmes.
