Now as you have stated that you have secured GN rank of 60592 and GL rank of 12101 , then here is the simple explanation for this.

GN means GENERAL. GL means GIRL .

Now as you have secured GN rank of 60592 , then that means that your overall general merit rank ( your rank among all the boys and girls from open category ) is 60592 .

Now as you have secured 12101 GL rank then that means that your girl rank ( only among girls ) is 12101 .

Also, if you are a general candidate then your GNGL rank will be 12101 . GNGL rank means General girl rank ( rank only among all the general girls or it can be also termed as open rank among all the girls ).
