hello guys please be honest in your answer,will I get a seat in IIT as I have 2769 EWS,round 2 goes upto 2222.

There is a good chance for you to get a seat in the upcoming round of counseling. If not in the top IITs, you will get somewhere in the other IITs with a preferred branch, according to previous year number. I would suggest you to wait till the final counseling, because numbers changes a bit every year and you may get a fair seat.

*You have secured a good score in JEE advance by qualifying JEE mains. To be honest for your rank that is 2769 EWS category in JEE advance will not get a seat in IIT because as you know to secure seat in IIT from general EWS category you must secure at least 1500  EWS category .So with this much rank you wont have chance to get the seat.

*But as you mentioned that you have any chance in round 2 to be precise you may not able to secure the seat as the cutoff is 2222.But you can wait for the final counseling cause hopeing that you  may get  in other  top IIT colleges.
