hello,, i am in my last year of Btech food technology, i want to do msc food science and nutrition in ignou but due to lockdown my last semester exam is pending , am i eligible for applying?

As per admission procedure of IGNOU, candidates need to submit the documents of their last qualifying examination in the form of scanned documents so unless you have this proof you cannot apply for the programme, so you have to wait for the completion of your course, then only you can apply for your preferred course
