Hi Sandhi,
Congratulations!!!You have a very good rank. As far as I can predict, you have got a call in the first counselling in KIIT. According to me you will easily get CSE in KIIT. As per the schedule, General Woman (Rank 1-3211) counselling is scheduled on May 8, 2019 from 8 a.m. onwards. For more details you might follow the link below:-

Mam, my SC category rank is 272, and general rank about 7.8k but I missed my first round counseling, is there a chance I get CSE via second round counseling?

Hi Sashi,Chances are low but you may still give it a try.But keep your second preferance ready, by chance if you don't get CSE.
