Hello, it's a huge thing to get into IIT Delhi even for M.Tech, if you get admission then it means you must have gotten good rank in GATE, so, considering that you will be placed in reputed firms after graduating from IIT Delhi. So, yes, it's a good idea to pursue M.Tecg from IIT Delhi.
