I will be frank with you this no of attempts are really low even though you OBC quota. If you have good accuracy percentage like accuracy of 85%or 90% than we might think but than chances really odd. As per previous years cut off trends OBC category as hone as low as 99. So for now let's just wait for the results and hope for the best and if you have any more questions please drop a comment below.

If i score near about 115 in clat 2019 with obc and domicile of up ... Then any chance ?

We you score as you are expecting and you are a all India OBC category than definitely you will have a chance and for domicile you might have chances of getting into RMNLU Lucknow.
