Generally cutoffs are not same in each and every year. As it depends upon various factors like difficulty level of the paper, no. of students appearing for the exam, etc. hence it changes every year.
In general if you consider previous year cutoffs then i think you can get Knitwear design course either in Kannur.
Last year the closing rank for NIFT Kannur was around 4500.
