Consequently, you won't be qualified for JEE 2023 because of this requirement.

But why don't you take the JEE this year as you would be qualified to do so this year even if your test score is only 71 percent? You can take the test this year even with a 71 percent score because the 75 percent requirement has been removed for JEE 2022. However, it is unclear if this criterion will still apply to applicants the following year. So do your best to perform well and show up for JEE this year.
