Hi, I completed my B. Com in 2018 and i am interested in doing job from abroad.what else i have to learn to get a job from CANADA.

Has per your question you have to go through some online exams ,
Getting an international placement afterB.com is quite tough given the current economic scenario.
However if you plan to take up B.com from Canada or migrate there for practicing there are multiple options.
ICAI has international chapter in Toronot as well as MOU with CICA which will help you establish yourself over there.
