Hi Lingathothi,
Yes, you are eligible to join law. According to the Bar Council Of India for SC/ST, the pass percentage in 12th should be 40%. Please visit the following link and read the para 7th of the notice given by BCI. This is the official link where the eligibility criteria are mentioned.
