Hello,

As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).

With SC category and 120 marks, you might not get any government college through All India quota or state quota. You might not even get private colleges.

So I'll suggest you to either go for some other course or prepare for NEET next year.

Sorry to say that but based upon your marks your chances of getting a seat in any medical College is difficult but you can try for management quota seats in private medical Colleges but for that you have to pay extra money other than your fees.i hope this information helps you.
