First of all if you're giving improvement examination to be eligible for JEE advanced or NITs etc then you need to appear in all the five subjects for your improvement examination and not only in 3 subjects , if you appear for improvement examination in only 3 subject then it will not be considered.
Second thing is:-
You won't be eligible for JEE advanced 2022
This is because,
One can give or attempt JEE Advanced for the maximum of two times and that too in consecutive years starting from the year of passing your 12th board examination
So if you've passed your 12th in 2020 you were eligible for JEE advanced 2020 and will be eligible for JEE advanced 2021.
So, I will suggest you to
Give improvement examination in all the five subjects and get at least 75 % and target jee advanced 2021 examination .
