Rahul, the cutoff depends on various factors like your category, if you are applying through All India Quota or its your home state quota. For Home state quota, the cutoffs are usually low. So in order to get Computer Science, Electronics branches in NIT Meghalaya through Home state quota, a general category candidate needs at least 95.5 percentile in Jee Main. Going by last year's cutoffs, the cutoff rank for a general candidate to get CSE was around 59000 whereas for All India Quota, the cutoff rank for CSE is around 16000 i.e. approx 99 percentile. The cutoff rank for Civil, Mechanical branches go up to 1.1 lakhs.
