Hello Aspirant
Revision is the most important factor that plays a very crucial role in every sector, whether it is study or anything else. In competitive exams, revision is a key factor to get success. If you kept revising a topic or a formula you will be able to retain that thing very easily. Now, JEE is one of the top competitive exam in India which requires knowledge, Understanding and Practice. If you lack any of these, you will have to face huge difficulties during JEE exam. Now, talking of revision, you have to develop a habit to revise everything which you study at that day. Also, make notes which will be helpful for revision. To make notes, you can use the following practices for Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics.
For Physics:
- Write down all the formulas, related to a topic. Every formula, whether you know it or not write it down.
- Use figures like graphs, tables for concepts which are hard for you to understand.
For Mathematics:
- All formulas should be note down as formulas are the base of Mathematics.
- Make graphs for trigonometric functions and inverse trigonometric functions.
For Chemistry:
- Write down all the important reactions with their product and by product of Organic and Physical chemistry.
- For inorganic chemistry, read the NCERT and mark the important lines with the help of a Pencil or Highlighter.
The above practices are done by various JEE toppers. Revision is fruitful only when you are continuous. If you are doing revision irregularly, then you are not able to retain anything. The notes may take time to form, but once formed they are used until the day of your examination.
Hope this helps and all the best for future.
Hello,
By making notes you can summarize all the important topics that you would like to view together without going in depth.
You can use highlighter to highlight important things in the book. There are topics which carry a good weightage and are high scoring but are on a little tricky side. Don’t focus on formulas and focus more on concepts.
Physics:
Electromagnetism
Rotation
Magnetism
SHM
The idea is fairly simple - the easiest topic in each of these units is the most scoring topic.
Mathematics:
Algebra
Trigonometry
Analytical geometry
Differential calculus
Integral calculus
Vectors
All it takes is the right understanding of the fundamentals.
Chemistry:
Physical chemistry
Organic chemistry
Inorganic chemistry.
Thankyou
