How is itm Navi Mumbai for master ? I have applied to it and I have my interview. If I got selected can I join in it?
Beginning with the very first thing that students look for in any B-school, i.e., placement.
*Placements for the year 2016-18 has been better for ITM. The average package that has been offered was 4.5 lpa. The highest was around 14 lacs offered by Amazon. Being located near the financial capital of India, it attracts good internship options for the students. Average stipend for internship is around 20,000 per month. Overall, its placements are decent enough. This campus is mainly known for sales as most of companies recruit students for the position of sales. Core finance jobs are difficult to obtain, but not impossible though.
*Infrastructure - The infrastructure needs to be improved better. They don't have much space to accommodate a large bunch of students that they intake. This happens to be the biggest drawback of this institute.
*Faculty- The faculty is good enough with professors having experience of over 15-20 years with a good amount of knowledge. The course and curriculum is also satisfactory embedded with practical exposure as well of the competitive market.
*Other - Like any other MBA college which is known not just for academics or placements, but also for creating a very lively environment for students to work, collaborate and enjoy, so does ITM which celebrates every festival with a lot of zest and organises a whole gamut of functions to hell students in overall development rather than just being professionals.
Hope this helps!!
