hello dear student, as I can understand from your question is that you want to know about the minimum marks which are required in physics chemistry and biology to make you eligible to appear for Neet. So dear student if you belong from general category then minimum percentage in physics chemistry and biology required by you is 50% as an aggregate while if you belong from reserved category then a student to the minimum percentage needed is 40% .
