How much marks I should take for qulifition of engineering form KCET
Hello aspirant,
Karnataka Examination Authority conducts the KCET and the scores are taken into consideration by many colleges and universities in Karnataka. General category students must have 50%, while SC, ST and OBC category candidates should score 40% in their 10+2 qualifying examination to be eligible for the counselling.
The cutoff marks of KCET depends upon the total number of candidates appearing in the KCET examination also the number of seats available in colleges for various branches and the difficulty level of that year's question paper along with the average marks scored by the candidates in the test.
The 2020 cut-off for admission into colleges are published in the official KCET website and one can get some idea what could be the cut-off rank this year.
Hope this helps,
All the best!!
