You can not calculate Absolute marks from the percentile score as the Percentile score is the relative term and It refers to the percentage of students who scored less than or Equal to your Marks, therefore, It is not possible to let You calculate the marks out of Percentile score, However if You know the Total  number of the students appeared for the exam then You can know the rank
