Dear Tejas, every University has its own eligibility criteria. Because you havent mentioned any University in particular, we shall provide you general information. It is important to visit their official website to check for their requirements. It is important to check which proficiency test do they accept and the required score/band to get an admission to that particular University. Few Universities accept IELTS while few accept TOEFL. You also need to decide the intake session that you want to apply for and their dates. You will have to keep all your educational documents scanned to be able to email them whenever required. You can apply for studying in foreign colleges for computer, IT engineering or any other stream by applying in the particular colleges where you want to study separately.
You need to send your resume and mark sheets along with the application or you can sit for the GRE, SAT or TOEFL examinations which will support your application and may act as the only gateway to be there.
