Admission to Government Medical Colleges is according to 15% All India quota and also under 85% State quota. For admission under All India Quota, you must score marks more than 550 to get a seat if you belong to general category.
For admission under 85% State quota, Kindly mention your state then I can answer you accordingly as cutoff vary from college to college.
For private college also, cutoff vary from college to college and also cutoff vary every year.

For a general category candidate the expected cut-off will 500+ marks for securing a seat in government medical colleges and marks above 460 will be required for top private medical colleges. I hope this information helps you.
