I am a mechanical engineer if i do mba in finance whether i have to work under CA?

If you want, you can work under him. But my option is better to go with the placements provided by the college at the last year. So that you'll get to know which company you're willing to join and also the package, work etc.., because it's somewhat difficult to work under CA.
Instead you can also join some banks too.
