Hey Vaibhav,
May be you are have not enough marks to alloted in higher preference so thats why you alloted the same choice. May be you will be alloted in next round. If you got your fav. option then just choose freeze option.

Sir but in second round no float option is coming so how will i go in third round for upgradation

In some counselling you don't need to choose float , it is automatic set
