I am completed M.Sc chemistry & Ph.D in chemistry. Now i want to study M.tech Chemical engineering without GATE is it possible.

no, you can't take up admission in m.tech courses without GATE entrance score.you need to give GATE to earn admission in m.tech courses.if you score good marks in gate,then you'll able to do m.tech in top iit's too.refer the given link to know more about gate,
