i am currently persuing graduation but i am giving SSC CHSL exam then in level of educational qualification what should i fulill 10+2 or graduate and if i select 10+2. then after completing my graduation can i change that to graduate ??

see since you did not pass your graduation course your highest qualification is 10+2, however if there is option for pursuing candidates you may surely choose it, however during the documents verification process you may show them your graduation certificate, but you can not change the degree once the form is finally submitted.

Afterward if I want to give ssc cgl exam then can I change my educational qualification to graduate ?

SSC cgl and SSC chsl form filling is separate, and you can certainly add your latest qualifications in form filling. in SSC cgl graduate in any discipline needed to appear in the exam.
