i am filing forl for Maharashtra cap law and don't have aem 4 markshit what should I do?

First Let your college know about the missing semister marksheet. They will ask you to complete some formalities for providing you a duplicate marksheeet.
Next, if the application is asking for all semister marksheet you can provide small or large memo.
If you do not have any of the marksheet then the situation is helpless. It can't be done anything here.
Now, if college is asking for memo rather then application form then yeah you can manage In the college by saying, you have applied for memo you will submit once you receive it.
