Hello Ashish,
The selection for stage 2 depends on the cutoff which will be released along with the result by the third week of March 2019. Predicting the cutoff score this year is a difficult task because the total marks have been increased from 150 to 200. You can still have an idea from the previous year cutoff by following the link for NTSE Maharashtra Cutoff .
