Hey since MBC is not a caste it is a group of different castes please be specific as to which category you belong to because every category has it own cut off
to get a government college in Tamil Nadu observing last year trend minumum marks should be above 400 depending upon your category .
Cut off prediction is very difficult before the exam hence based on the rough estimates this is what I can tell you

Dear, the safe marks range can't be predicted as the cutoff changes every year and so you need to keep high target in order to get admission in a government college. Your score should be minimum 500-550+
Scoring 350 around will get you a seat in a private college.
So prepare well and study smart.!
Focus on scoring maximum marks if you want admission in your desired Government College.
