As you have mentioned that you have scored 310 marks in NEET 2019. Belonging to OBC category, you can not get any seat in Tamilnadu throgh All India quota as you scored marks are quite low than the cutoff marks. Throgh state quota also you can get admission in only PSG Institute of Medical Sciences and that to from management quota. You can go for private medical colleges or private dental colleges.
