I am in 11th class and I am suppose to give my JEE next year, and I also want to change my name , so should I write my new name in entrance form or the old one, and if I write my old name then how will I change my name in IIT of selected?

See it is quite possible to change your name and use the same for filling out the entrance form next year. So as you have mentioned you are currently in class 11th and will appear for JEE main next year so please make sure that you make corrections to your photo identity proofs such as Aadhar and birth certificate beforehand. Also you would need to make corrections in your 10th marksheet as the data should not vary from 12th marksheet and if it very is it may cause hindrance while document verification.
