CAT is the entrance eamination to get into top B-schools. The eligibility criteria for CAT examination is to hold a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA [45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons With Disability (PwD) categories]. Hence, you cannot apply for CAT at thi point.

You can give the examination in your final year of graduation. You can start your preparation for the entrances if you are really interested to do MBA in future.

For doing MBA the eligibility is that you must hold a bacelor's degree in any discipline.
So yes you are eligible for doing MBA marketing once you complete your bachelors degree and then qualify any one of the entrance exams like CAT, GMAT,  MAT, CMAT, SNAP etc. depending on the college you wish to go to.
