I am learning in BSc 1st year in yer. 2020-21 I got sebc caste. Certificate but I have not receiving caste validity certificate because govt office emploee told cast verification certificate who can get who is learning in under 12 class please tell me this condition is right or wrong in maharashtra

A Caste Certificate is proof of one's belonging to a particular caste as specified in the Indian Constitution. The Government felt that the Scheduled Castes and Tribes need special encouragement and opportunities to progress at the same pace as the rest of the people in the country. Caste certificate is for everyone not only for the those are studying under 12th .As per my knowledge there is no such rules and you can apply online through the official portal for caste certificate but you should follow some of rules of documentation then only you will able to get the caste certificate .
