Dear Sir / Ma'm, 600 is an appreciable score enough to have scored in the NEET UG 2019. According to previous years cutoffs, for the year of 2018 the cutoff for All India Quota counseling for Maulana Azad Medical College was 580 for SC candidates. So you do have a fair enough chance.
