i am student of class 12 i want to become judge please tell me the process and subject and clat is important or not

to become a judge after you 12 class the eligibility required is you should obtain a degree certificate in law or LLB. A law degree can be compared in about 7 years after the highschool, 4 years ug course and then 3 years in the law school. Every judge is a lawyer so unless you graduate in law and become a lawyer you cannot become judge. So for that the clat is important.

There are many ways of Becoming a Judge in India:
In the first option you need to first complete graduation from any stream through a recognized university and then follow a 3 year LLB course.
The other Option is to pursue become a Judge through writing the CLAT exam.
The eligibility of CLAT examination are:
- 50% pass marks in 12 th exams from recognized Board
- Maximum age 20 years.
Giving the CLAT exam is the best to get seat in best Law colleges in India.
Orelse,Once youfinish graduation in law, you can start practicing law. You can plan your course to become a Civil Judge by giving Civil Judge grade II Exam.
