yes! if your age is above 16 you can easily attend the exam also, but its not that easy to clear it. The minimum age to prepare for IELTS is 16 years. If you are 16 years old and hold a valid passport then you can apply for IELTS. Though there maybe exceptions for admission in particular institutions. But generally the minimum age limit is 16 years.
