I belong to OBC( CREAMY LAYER). My native place is BIHAR. I had applied under UR( Unreserved ) in nta neet exam due to creamy laye.In Bihar, OBC is divided in two categories- BC & EBC. Can I apply under BC category in BIHAR medical counselling. Also differentiate between BC & EBC for bihar state.

Hello aspirant,

The eligibility criteria for applying in j a c Chandigarh is given below-

Subjects : 1. Language 2. Physics 3. Mathematics 4. Anyone of Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational Subject 5. Any other subject.

Minimum marks : General category students should have secured a minimum of 45% (40% in case of candidate belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe and PwD) marks in the above subjects taken together.

I am from Bihar ( NEET ug aspirant -2022 ) I belong from EBC category. But there is no EBC category provide by NTA. EBC candidate gets reservation in NEET in Bihar . I think EBC category requires during NEET counselling. Please clarify my doubt.
