i completed my 12th std in 2018 i have applied for tnea 2020 will i get my rank or get rejected

Yes you will definitely get a rank in Tnea counselling.
TNEA counselling is held for the students willing to enroll engineering .This happens every year.Students are selected based on the cut off's by giving them ranking individually.
