I completed my higher secendary exam with 84% number. Can I apply for BCA?

You can apply for BCA course i.e., Bachelor's in computer application. For BCA, you need to appear in an entrance exam conduct by several universities. There are numerous of Colleges providing BCA as a course in there college.
For admission you must have eitherEeither of maths and computer as a subject in 12th grade. Also must have secured 55% in 12th exam.

Bachelor in Computer Application (BCA) is an undergraduate degree course in computer applications.It comprises of the subjects like database, networking, data structure, core programming languages like 'C' and 'java'.
The basic eligibility for BCA is, the candidate should have passed his/her higher secondary examination with minimum of 50% aggregate in Class 12, perhaps the boards, with English as a Compulsory subject. So, you're perfectly eligible to apply for BCA program.
