According to the NEET eligibility criteria, unreserved category candidates should have aggregate 50 percent marks in PCB subjects to be eligible to appear for the exam.
OBC/ST/SC category candidates should have 40 percent aggregate marks in PCB subjects.
Minimum age limit is 17 years and as of now there is no upper age limit. Also, there is no limit on the number of attempts so you can appear for the NEET 2021 exam if you fulfil the eligibility criteria. Check the detailed criteria using the link below:

Yes, you can appear for NEET-UG 2021. There is no upper age limit to appear for NEET-UG. The minimum age required is 17 years as on the December 31 in the year you are appearing in the exam. You must have passed 10+2 with Biology, Physics, Chemistry and English. You must ave scored 50% marks in PCB, for SC/ST/OBC it is 40% marks and for PWD it is 45% marks.

As for now there is no upper age limit for NEET. There is no upper age limit till the Supreme Court passes its judgement on it. So yes you can give NEET next year as long as you clear the other eligibility criteria like marks in 12th to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects. Eligibility criteria for NEET:
Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board. Candidates who are appearing for the class 12 or equivalent exam are also eligible to apply for NEET 2021.
Minimum age limit :
Candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2021.
