I did regular b.com with 49.94% and working in Infosys last 3.5years , want to do MBA now, what will be good for me, please suggest

Your graduation scores are a little less that can create a little problem for you while appearing for the national level management entrance exams like CAT but still you can appear for exams like IBSAT. And since you've some work experience you can go for an executive MBA that is for a year only. It will not only save your time but you'll experience career growth also.
