See if you're from weak economic background, then you can apply for fee reimbursement. But to apply for the fee reimbursement, check whether you've managed to secure in the minimum qualifying range or not as per your category. Also, you need to submit your income certificate and other necessary documents so as to show the officials a proof of your weak financial background while the verification of documents. So both the qualifying rank as well as income certificate or any other documents that shows your weak financial status matters most while applying for fee reimbursement.
