I failed in 12th 2019 but passed this year(2020) . Am I eligible for UCEED2021?

Yes, you are eligible to give UCEED 2021. Tere is an eligibility criteria for it. The eligibility criteria is:
1. Students should pass 12th or hsc or any other recognised board examination in the year 2020.
So, it does not mattter even if you fail in 2019 year. Since you passed this year, yes you are eligible to give UCEED 2021.
UCEED is Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) . This is conducted by IIT bombay every year to offer admission for the candidates who are eligible in the programmes such as Bachelor of design(BDes). These are offered at colleges which accept UCEED scores
This examination is conducted once in an year. There woild be 17 participating colleges that comes under this.
The application form for this examination has been released on 9th of september 2020. Candidates can fill and submit the application form till 10th of october.
