I finished my BE in aeronautical. Can I take admission in astrophysics. I want to also know how many college for astrophysics in India.

Most important for astronomy is to study physics and maths. Yes you can apply in your masters.
There are many colleges for astrophysics studies like TIFR, SINP, RRI, NISER.
It is one of the growing field.
