I gave Jee Mains this year as General category student bcz I didn't have OBC certificate this year. Can I give Jee mains next year as a OBC student

If you belong to OBC category and you have a community certificate to represent as a prove and a non creamy layer certificate to prove that you belong to OBC NCL category then you can definitely right JEE mains next year in OBC category.
Since you have already applied in general category this year your rank list will be published in general category. You can't change that. If as mentioned about you have a proof of your category to submit then you can definitely right JEE mains in OBC category
