There is no chance of getting govt medical college through this marks. And you have seen how the ranks This year inflated so, this time you need atleast 450 above marks for sure selection.
I suggest you if you are financially stable then opt for private college and if not then without wasting time go and start preparing for neet 2020 .
Bhms bums is also little bit difficult at your marks range .

I'm really sorry but with the marks of 231/720 in NEET 2019 there are little or no chances of getting a government MBBS seat in Delhi even with the 85% State Quota under SC category as last years closing marks for almost every college in your category was above 400. As per BHMS and BAMS, the cut-offs aren't clear for last year which makes predicting difficult but yet I don't think the cut-offs go as low as 250s which means even aiming for that will be far fetched.
