You have secured very less marks in the entrance exam.i believe with this marks you have not even qualified the entrance exam.
With this marks you can not get any government or even private college .
If you are really keen in pursuing a career in medical science then i suggest you to prepare again.stay focused and determined .Score well in the next attempt.
