I got 12k rank in ts eamcet bipc .I'm nonlocal with reservation can I get Agbsc seat

I'll cut to the chase, at 12k rank AGBSC seem impossible. Since you are from some reserved category, might have some chance in the later rounds or lower demand streams.

Considering both your marks in eamcet So 12000 is your final rank. Definitely you will get seat in any of the engineering college in Telangana. But I advice you to opt for best college irrespective of branch, because best colleges will have good faculty, study environment and campus placements.
