I am sorry to inform you that with this mark you have very less or no chances to get govt MBBS/BDS seat.
However , the closing ranks for different colleges keeps on changing every year so you might stand some chances in private clg for bds.
So I would suggest you to go for counseling process and wait till the mop round.
