To get admission in NIT, first you should qualify JEE Mains and for qualifying that your percentile should be 90 in 2020. Less than 90 you won't get NIT. But you can get admission in private engineering colleges.

First of all you must mention your category that from which category you have scored 249320 rank in JEE mains.
Now assuming that you are general category student then there is no chance for you to get NIT Agartala if you belong from other state.
But if you belong from home state quota then you can easily get NIT Agartala with this much rank.
With this rank you can easily get chemical engineering, civil engineering, biotechnology and biochemical engineering, electronics and communication engineering, etc. but the condition is that you must belong from home state quota.
