I got 2546 rank in M.Sc Physics. Can i get seat in phase 2 web counseling at Giriraj college?

First of all congratulations for the rank you have secured. Based on your rank you might have a chances to make it into the Giriraj college. Therefore don't lose your hope and keep trying through various counselling sessions. On the the other hand for the safe side start looking for other colleges also.
